The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is a corrupt criminal gang. It is impossible to “prove” that absolutely true fact to any “legal” standard because the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is a corrupt criminal gang, the Clark County District Attorney’s Office is a corrupt criminal gang, the Nevada supreme court is a corrupt criminal gang, and both the LVMPD Citizen Review Board and the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline are pathetic jokes. The worst of the worst. In Nevada, the House must win, the Fix is always in, and troublesome evidence of government corruption is murdered, white–washed, disappeared, sealed, and forgotten. “Do you know who I am?”
Democrat Nancy Saitta is an unelected lifetime “senior” “justice” of the Nevada supreme court. In August 2022, she was “publicly” reprimanded (slapped on the wrist) for her incompetence, lack of diligence, and her dishonest refusal to obey the law for more than three (3) full years. Saitta’s admission of incompetence and her resulting rare judicial “punishment” (the first & only of 2022) didn’t even merit a mention in the Las Vegas Review-Journal newspaper, the de facto law enforcement agency of the city. On March 27, 2016, Democrat Nancy Saitta was outed by Review-Journal journalist Jeff German as the criminal leaker “justice” who in 2008 had “tipped off” an imminent FBI/Metro raid to construction defect lawyer Nancy Quon. Quon was the prime target of the “epic” 2003-2009 Las Vegas HOA fraud investigation, the largest public corruption case in Nevada history, involving the corrupt takeover of numerous HOA Boards throughout the Valley, eventually resulting in more than 40 federal convictions. Three months after that Jeff German story broke, Nancy Saitta “abruptly” quit her “justice” job with more than two years still left in her term, disingenuously claiming that was always her exact “well thought-out, well-planned” plan. Professor $aitta said that Jeff German’s Review-Journal article “had absolutely nothing to do with my departure.” Right. In addition to that whopper, exposed criminal tipster Nancy Saitta also told Nevada Public Radio the most memorable lie of her two decades of public “service”:
“I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!”
Unfortunately, admitted incompetent Nancy Saitta got away with her 2008 crime(s), and now has an unelected lifetime “senior” “justice” job (along with liar, fraud, hack Mark Gibbons) screwing the Nevada People forever. Indeed, incompetent Las Vegas Democrat criminal idiot Nancy Saitta is probably pretty happy that she doesn’t have to worry about any more negative Review-Journal articles being written about her by Jeff German. On September 2, 2022, a different incompetent Las Vegas Democrat criminal idiot murdered journalist Jeff German – The Clark County Public Administrator Robert Telles. It is alleged that Democrat Telles was “lying in wait” before he stabbed investigative journalist Jeff German seven (7) unlucky times. Democrat Telles was such a pathetic loser that even Metro could solve his obvious crime. Actually, a chimpanzee could have solved that Las Vegas Democrat’s crime, which best explains Metro’s success in the matter.
Democrat Nancy Saitta is on official record praising Nevada’s “Judge of the Year” and “Legacy of Justice” recipient Las Vegas municipal court judge Cedric Kerns [RESIGNED IN DISGRACE on 2/29/2024] and his self-created privately-financed (and unconstitutional) “YO” court (which stands for “Young Offender” court). Saitta told the Review-Journal in 2011 that Cedric Kerns stepped in and saved the lives of “his” defendants with the cult “court” that he had created. Nancy Saitta is also on official record claiming to be a tenured Professor at two different Universities. Actually, Cedric Kerns, like Nancy Saitta, is the worst of the worst. They care about and believe in only one thing – themselves. Although Republican Cedric didn’t admit to being incompetent like Democrat Nancy did, Cedric Kerns is (upon information and belief) the only judge in Nevada history to be specifically declared “illogical” by the Nevada supreme court. City of Las Vegas v. District Court (Krampe), 122 Nev. 1041 (2006) (“It would be illogical to conclude that only district courts have jurisdiction to determine the constitutionality of misdemeanor ordinances when municipal courts have original jurisdiction to try cases under misdemeanor ordinances in the first instance.”). Actually, Cedric Kerns created YO “court” so that he could lawlessly punish innocent people who had done nothing wrong, and their entire families, while simultaneously immediately illegally O.R. releasing the most dangerous criminals a low-level municipal judge like him ever comes into contact with, those accused of Domestic Violence and DUI-Drugs offenses. “He does more of that hands-on stuff than any other judge I’ve ever seen in my life,” said one of Kerns’ clueless “yes men” idiots. Actually, it is insane lawlessness, pure hypocrisy, and the will to power that control Las Vegas municipal court judge Cedric Kerns, certainly not the so-called “rule of law.”

Democrat Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson is on record praising Nevada’s “Judge of the Year” and “Legacy of Justice” recipient Las Vegas municipal court judge Cedric Kerns and his self-created “YO” court. Wolfson told the Review-Journal in 2011 that: “I’ve never seen such a remarkable program. The ‘Thank you Judge Kerns for putting me in jail’ is such a remarkable reflection of this program. He is unlike any other judge. This man is not paid to do this, but he wants to deliver a product to the community through these graduates.” Now-District Attorney Steve Wolfson then “vowed” he would help the (fake and unconstitutional) “court” find money to keep going. In 2017, Nevada State Bank gave $10,000.00 to the “illogical” Cedric Kerns for his lawless self-created privately-financed unconstitutional cult “court.” Since when do private bankers OPENLY directly finance the fake criminal “justice” system?
Indeed, Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson handles Las Vegas crime in his own special unique Fascist manner. His brand of Las Vegas “justice” is very consistent, but not blind. Every word out of his mouth is a lie, ultimately. That’s the foundation. Each case is handled exactly the same, on a case-by-case basis: In the exact manner, legal or not, that will personally benefit District Attorney Steve Wolfson the most. Outrageous overcharging, the death penalty, crazy ca$h bail, and systemic prosecutorial misconduct are all used as lawless leverage against the poor people of Clark County to pad Wolfson’s conviction rates so he can claim to be ‘Tough on Crime’. Wolfson’s own criminal employees are never prosecuted or actually disciplined, and billionaire drug traffickers and other friends/donors/”special clients” get slapped on the wrist or never even charged. Democrat LVCVA millionaire criminal thief Rossi T. Ralenkotter (another past target of murdered journalist Jeff German) gets his felony misconduct charges dismissed in darkness because of CoVid-19, and the wife of Nevada supreme court “justice” Ron Parraguirre, Leslie Parraguirre, gets her violent (gross misdemeanor Anti-Latino hate crime) battery case completely dismissed. On October 30, 2015, after rear-ending Oliver Gomez-Baez’s car with her S.U.V., Leslie Parraguirre physically attacked him, punched him in the face, and kicked him in the shin, all while yelling Anti-Latino racial slurs at him.
In March 2016, one month after Leslie’s (gross misdemeanor Anti-Latino hate crime) battery case had already been officially dismissed due to so-called “insufficient evidence,” Steve Wolfson was questioned about the matter by the Review-Journal. District Attorney Steve Wolfson just pretended that he had absolutely nothing to do with that half of Leslie’s drunken crime spree. “I was consulted on the DUI case,” said Wolfson, calling that slap-on-the-wrist misdemeanor “more serious” than the case he knew nothing about aka Leslie’s violent (gross misdemeanor Anti-Latino hate crime) battery against Oliver Gomez-Baez. Right. Remember, in Las Vegas, “truth” and “justice” in any particular case all depends on what benefits District Attorney Steve Wolfson and his corrupt cronies the most. In this particular case, that officially means for the State of Nevada (and Oliver Gomez-Baez): “It’s difficult for us to move forward on the [gross misdemeanor Anti-Latino hate crime] battery charge.”
